Special Joint Meeting for the selection of nominees for the District Court Judicial Vacancy occasioned by the resignation of the Honorable Marcus A. Shields will be held at 3:00 pm on October 26, 2022 at the High Point Country Club. If you do not live in Guilford County, you cannot vote.
Candidates must provide their intention in writing by 5:00 pm on October 20, 2022, five days in advance of the meeting. The information shall be delivered to Marcus A. Each candidate is requested to submit a brief resume and a statement as to the candidate’s qualifications in one .pdf file. This information will be posted on the High Point Bar website and Greensboro Bar website.
